Intangible Wonder

My love for you grows
knowing I’ll never know ALL of you,
never see or understand it all,
never fully capture your majesty;
you were designed for no such purpose.

There’s both comfort
and a nervousness
in recognizing the
boundless inconceivability of Nature;
I find it a perfect place to practice
letting go.

My best days are spent
drifting in a state of intermittent bliss,
kissing the magic as it flies right by, finding my own particular view,
carefully directing my mirror,
luxuriating in little moments,
here then gone,
holding on to them in my memory
so that I might just softly echo
the intangible wonder of your grace.
